While "Waze" reached top 10 apps in more than 100 countries... "Waze Carpool" reached #1 - only in Israel. I chose to research this gap and see how the carpool CX can be much better experience for daily commuters..
Interviewing commuters from around the globe, while testing and iterating sketch after sketch. Looking at viral carpool apps and learning about the specific needs of students & workers that need carpool to commute, on a daily basis.
After learning from the research that 50% of the users prefer to go for Google maps as their 1st step to check transportation options - I placed the new carpool CX inside the Google maps app and added features that are align to users need to filter rides & drivers.

With 4M users, Notion is a very viral service on the desktop arena.. but not so much on the app front. I spoke with Ivan [the CEO] about it and took on myself to make it better. The Challenge here was to find the mobile needs for Notion's 4M desktop users.
I learned what are the current assets in Notion's app and what are the needs of Notion users, on the go: By tracking down the most needs by finding the most needed Notion templates.
Adding more features that sync between the content that user has on the Notion desktop, and integrate that with the content they have on their mobile - for seamless full-on experience.
Taking the digital assets that the #1 Israel communication brand Bezeq (IL's BT), that the brand uses on the TV commercial, and craft a digital way to make consumers use it, in a mobile app.
We saw how viral was the "speaking cat" app back then, so we've made the same app with the brand's character (a parrot), so users can dress up the parrot and let him speak in their own voice recording.
The app reached Top 5 in Israel App store, after the launch.
In Israel urban cities... there's no place to park. Drivers keep on searching a parking space every time they are back from work. The highest frustration: When you find a space... but it's too small for your car. or is it?
Learning about the options users have using their mobile cam and using Pythagoras mathematical law,
We developed an app that users can take a picture - and the app will tell them if they can/can't park!
